Diabetes Education Group: For diabetes patients and family members (some meeting dates may vary because of holiday schedules) in the NORTH STRAND, GRAND STRAND AND SOUTH STRAND. Special diabetes management programs and speakers from healthcare providers are presented, with time allotted for questions and answers. Meetings are free and open to the public. NORTH STRAND
Date & Time: Third Tuesday of each month at 2:00 p.m.
Location: North Strand Senior Health Center, River Hills Med. Plaza, 4237 River Hills Drive, Suite 150, Little River SC.
GRAND STRAND
Date & Time: Fourth Wednesday of each month at 6:30 p.m.
Location: Grand Strand Senior Center, 1268 21st Avenue North, Myrtle Beach, SC.
SOUTH STRAND (Patients and family members living in the southern portion of the Grand Strand)
Date & Time: Fourth Tuesday of each month at 3:00 p.m. beginning 1/28/2003
